The subject of activity of the Academy is fundamental, search and applied research and development, performance of research, design, expert, consulting works, realization of educational and educational activity.

The main tasks of the Academy are:

carrying out basic and applied research on priorities for world society, human and nature directions of scientific, scientific-technical and innovative activity;

uniting around the vital problems of life and business management of all stakeholders, first of all, scientific, educational and educational institutions, socially responsible business, individual scientists and leading specialists, interested representatives of municipalities and states;

cooperation with international organizations dealing with a certain range of scientific, scientific and technical, practical problems;

close cooperation with educational and scientific institutions of Ukraine, scientific and industrial enterprises, scientific and technical parks, technopolis, business innovation centers, business incubators, venture and investment companies, scientific and technical cooperatives;

development of innovative products and services, implementation of innovative works and services, introduction and production of new high-tech products;

integration of educational, scientific, scientific and technical activity with financial-economic and industrial activity of economic entities, including municipal and state organizations and institutions;

development and test production of experimental samples of new equipment, technologies, knowledge-intensive products, for the purpose of further realization of intellectual property rights to them to interested persons or organization of their own mass or mass production and sale for further production or final consumption;

ensuring protection of intellectual property rights objects, in particular employees, partners of the Academy, other scientists, scientific and other organizations;
